Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the cbaji platform ("Platform", "Site") and its users ("Members", "Users"). Here, "cbaji" refers to the organisation that operates this platform.

These terms apply to residents of Bangladesh who create an account on cbaji or use any of its services. By accessing the site or registering, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

"Services" refers to cbaji's casino games, slots, live casino, cricket and all other sports betting, fishing games, and other gaming products. "Account" refers to each member's own personal account.

Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To open an account on cbaji, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Only one account may be opened per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

If any inconsistency is found in the information provided, cbaji reserves the right to suspend or cancel that account at any time.

2.3 Password Security

Identity Verification

cbaji conducts a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to confirm members' identities. Identity verification may be mandatory when processing withdrawal requests or for large transactions.

• A recent selfie or live photo.
• Address verification documents if required.

3.2 Verification Timeline

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer can be used for deposits on cbaji. For bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are accepted. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 General Terms

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made only from an account or wallet registered in the member's own name.
• Transactions using a third party's account or wallet are strictly prohibited.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirement on any active bonus has not been completed.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

cbaji offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotions

Each of cbaji's regular promotions has its own terms. For example, the cbaji Weekly Reload Festival offers a 30% bonus once per week, up to ৳6,000, with 20x wagering. The cbaji Slot Fun Bonus offers a daily 50% bonus on slot games, up to ৳5,000, with 25x wagering.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus is never direct cash — the specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active, unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn; it is converted to withdrawable funds only after wagering is complete.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed on multiple accounts from the same household or IP address.
• If cbaji finds evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel that bonus.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Operation

All games on cbaji are operated through third-party software providers. Games from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe, and many other providers are available on this platform. The outcome of each game is determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) or a live dealer, which is entirely independent.

6.2 Circumstances for Bet Cancellation

• If a game is incomplete due to a technical error, cbaji will review that bet.
• The amount wagered in an incomplete round due to a server outage may be refunded.
• In the case of a dealer error in a live casino game, the game provider's rules will apply.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

For cricket and other sports betting, if a match is cancelled or officially declared incomplete, the stake for that bet may be refunded. In a multi-bet, if one match is cancelled, that selection will be settled at odds of 1 and the result will be determined based on the remaining selections.

VIP Program

cbaji's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier. Bronze offers up to 0.3%, Silver 0.6%, Gold 0.9%, and Platinum 1.2% weekly cashback.

Cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week. For example, a Gold tier member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

7.1 Tier Change Rules

Members are promoted to higher VIP tiers based on their consistency of play and activity. cbaji reserves the right to determine and reassess VIP tiers at its own discretion.

7.2 Cashback Terms

• Cashback is distributed once per week.
• There is no wagering requirement on cashback — it is directly withdrawable.
• Cashback must be claimed within the designated time limit.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbaji platform. Breaching these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device/IP.
• Deliberate betting strategies designed to circumvent bonus terms (e.g. betting on both sides).
• Using another person's account or transferring an account.
• Registering with a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Hacking, scraping, or using automated software on the platform.
• Conducting financial transactions through third parties or attempting money laundering.

Account Suspension

9.1 cbaji's Rights

cbaji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these terms.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• If it is proven that the account was created with false information.
• If evidence of participation in prohibited activities is found.
• In cases of security risk or suspicious transactions.

9.2 Member's Rights

Limitation of Liability

cbaji is committed to providing the highest quality service. However, cbaji will not be liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• Disruption to play caused by loss of internet connection or a problem with the user's device.
• Technical errors in third-party game software.
• Loss resulting from an unauthorised person accessing the account.
• Problems arising from the user providing incorrect information.
• Service unavailability due to unexpected technical outages or maintenance.

cbaji's maximum liability shall in no circumstances exceed the actual balance in the member's account.
